Michelle is the founder of Resilient Minds Consulting, a licensed mental health therapist, and a sought-after consultant and advisor for leaders, organizations, and communities. Holding a Master of Social Work degree, she has spent the past 20 years integrating mental wellness across various societal domains—providing clinical therapy, consulting & advising services, and expertise in cultural transformation.

Her extensive training and experience uniquely position her to lead cultural and resilience consultation and advising services across business, faith-based settings, government, and community sectors at all levels of engagement.

A dynamic speaker and trainer, Michelle specializes in change, human behavior, resilience, and neuropsychology, bridging these insights into practical strategies for personal and organizational transformation. While Michelle is particularly passionate about working with communities of faith and empowering women, she is also deeply involved in cultural work, with a focus on immigrant, refugee, and Indigenous populations, as well as communities in Latin America. She serves as a board member for several organizations dedicated to supporting these populations. Michelle furthers these efforts as the host of The Mindset Exchange Podcast, where she shares insights on resilience, mindset shifts, and personal growth.
